EDWARD C. MILLER

Edward C. Miller is Program Executive Officer for Intelligence and Information Systems, U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Mr. Miller is responsible for the research, development, acquisition, testing and fielding of assigned programs in command and control, communications, computers and intelligence, and psychological operations. He is a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service.

Mr. Miller is a 1975 graduate of the University of Maryland. He received a master's degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., and in 1985, completed two years of post graduate studies with Defense Intelligence College. Mr. Miller has more than 20 years experience in intelligence and defense acquisition assignments in federal civil service and as a Marine Corps officer.
