NANCY K. ANDREWS

Nancy K. Andrews, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Senior Services Manager for Services and Program Executive Officer for Combat and Mission Support, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C. She provides leadership in the acquisition of Air Force services and is responsible for a portfolio of more than $164 billion in existing and planned contracts across the Air Force. She provides oversight for acquisition planning, competitive selection processes and performance-based acquisition, and ensures deployment of proper management controls for service acquisitions and advises the Senior Acquisition Executive on all matters related to service providers. She has served in a wide variety of contracting assignments for Space and Missile Systems Center, National Reconnaissance Office, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Electronics Systems Center, and Air Force Sustainment Center.

Prior to her leadership roles within PEO/CM, Ms. Andrews served as the Director, Air Force Sustainment Center Contracting, at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and was responsible for three locations:  Tinker AFB, Ogden Air Logistics Complex (Hill), and Robins Air Logistics Complex, contracting activities.
