SCOTT R. MARTIN

Scott R. Martin, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Deputy General Counsel for Intelligence, International and Military Affairs, Office of the Air Force General Counsel, Washington, D.C. He is responsible for providing legal advice to the Secretary of the Air Force, the assistant secretaries, the General Counsel and other officials assigned to the Department of the Air Force on matters pertaining to intelligence and national security matters, international law, space and cyberspace matters, military personnel law and investigative matters of major importance.

In 2010, Mr. Martin retired from active duty with the Air Force in the grade of colonel, after 23 years of service. During that time, he served in a variety of duties at wing, Numbered Air Force, Headquarters Air Force and joint assignments. Prior to his current position, he was assigned as
the Assistant Deputy General Counsel for Intelligence, International and Military Affairs, Office of the Air Force General Counsel, Washington, D.C.
