DR. CHRIS COLLIVER

Dr. Chris Colliver, a Defense Intelligence Senior Level Executive, is the Technical Advisor for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Acquisition Intelligence, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for ensuring access to intelligence community assets necessary to mitigate risks to center procurement activities and for center-managed ISR systems to seamlessly provide data for exploitation by the IC. He advises the AFLCMC Commander, Engineering Director, Intelligence Director, and Program Executive Officers to deliver superior war-winning capabilities on time and on cost.

In his current position, Dr. Colliver provides a unique perspective as an integrator of engineering and intelligence services to design and deliver air, space, and cyber capabilities and weapon system platforms. He provides technical leadership across engineering and intelligence for all AFLCMC program executive offices. He serves as the Air Force senior intelligence advisor for weapon systems cyber resiliency, sponsors several Air Force engineering and intelligence technical analysis working groups, and provides DoD-level executive guidance for weapon systems effectiveness.

In his previous position, Dr. Colliver spent 24 years at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center where he helped revolutionize digital intelligence analysis, production, and modeling and simulation architectures. He served in several analytic, technical, and supervisory positions in the space, counterspace, C4, cyberspace, electronic warfare, and directed energy weapons areas. He helped lead the transformation of space and cyberspace intelligence analysis capabilities within Air Force intelligence. He served in community positions as the National Intelligence Priorities Topic Manager and a joint duty assignment as Chairman of a national-level working group under the National Intelligence Council. He assumed his current position in June 2012.

Dr. Colliver is a native of Hillsboro, Ohio, and is a Federal Communications Commission-licensed Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator with significant experience in analog/digital communications using high frequency, microwave, and satellite. He teaches the Korean martial art of Taekwondo and holds a 6th degree black belt.
