RODNEY A. GRANDON

Rodney A. Grandon, a member of the Senior Executive Service, serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Contractor Responsibility and Conflict Resolution, Department of the Air Force, Washington, D.C.  In that capacity, he is the Air Force’s Suspending and Debarring Official, and is responsible for providing legal advice concerning contractor responsibility matters to senior Air Force and DoD leadership, as well as leading the Air Force’s Procurement Fraud Remedies Program.  Mr. Grandon also has responsibility for the Air Force’s Alternative Dispute Resolution/Conflict Resolution Program.

Prior to assuming his present duties, Mr. Grandon served as the Chief of Procurement Law and Chief Trial Attorney for the U.S. Coast Guard.
