Senior Airman Christopher Mann, of the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Red, tightens down a fin onto an AIM-120 AMRAAM while it’s loaded on an F-15 Eagle during the Loadcrew of the Year competition at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Jan. 29, 2016. Two F-15 loadcrews battled two F-16 Fighting Falcon loadcrews for the best time and fewest mistakes while loading three missiles to their respective aircraft.
