But will it fly?
TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Col. Brian Dickerson sits astride the Air Force Chopper. The motorcycle made its Air Force debut here recently. The 10-foot-long bike was modeled after the F/A-22 Raptor, complete with Air Force symbol rims, riveted gas tank, Raptor exhausts and rear view mirrors in the shape of jets. It will be used at recruiting venues to draw awareness to special events displays and aid in recruiting efforts, said Air Force Recruiting Service officials at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Colonel Dickerson is vice commander of the 325th Fighter Wing here. The motorcycle was built by Orange County Choppers Inc., in Rock Tavern, N.Y. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lisa Norman)
