Careful transport
ANDREWS Air Force Base, Md. -- Crew members of the 491st Expeditionary Air Medical Evacuation Squadron carry one of 13 U.S. coalition force members wounded in the war in Iraq off of a C-141 Starlifter to a waiting ambulance here March 28, 2003. The 13 patients, made up of two airmen, one sailor, four Marines and six soldiers, are the first wounded in the war in Iraq to arrive in the United States. They were flown in from Landstuhl Hospital, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, for treatment at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and Bethesda Naval Medical Center in Rockville, Md.
