Gen. Hawk Carlisle speaks about the accomplishments of Lt. Col. Clyde Cochraine during his presentation Nov. 21, 2013, at the Air Force Association’s 2013 Pacific Air & Space Symposium held in Los Angeles, Calif. Carlisle focused on individual stories of Airmen under his command and their contributions to a shifting mission in the Asia-Pacific region. Carlisle is the commander of Pacific Air Forces. Cochraine is a U.S. Army air defender who contributed to Air Force integrated air and missile defense.
