A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 8th Fighter Wing, Kunsan Air Base, South Korea, flies over the Korean Peninsula, April 4, 2023. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and Post Block Integration Team project has provided the F-16 fleet with various modifications and upgrades since entering the Air Force inventory in 1979 including the most recent large-scale upgrade encompassing 22 combined modifications that increase survivability and accuracy of the weapon system.
