Selected for reassignment as Director, Contracting, Ogden Air Logistics Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Nancy K. Andrews, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, Contracting, Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. She interprets and applies policy as well provides acquisition management, direction, guidance and control for all phases of contracting. This includes systems acquisition, research and development, weapon systems sustainment, services, supplies and mission support activities at the center.

Ms. Andrews was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She began federal service in 1985 as an accounting intern for the Army stationed at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah. She entered the Air Force in the Palace Acquire Intern Program at Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., in 1989. She has served in a wide variety of contracting assignments for the Space and Missile Systems Center, National Reconnaissance Office, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command and Headquarters U.S. Air Force.
