11/23/2009 - RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFNS) -- Four members of Air Force clubs are the winners of a trip to attend a regular season NFL game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets in Tampa, Fla., Dec. 13.

The club members were drawn from more than 7,000 entries received during the first nine weeks of the Air Force Services Agency's Football Frenzy promotion. Winners receive airfare, hotel accommodations, a rental car and tickets to the game for themselves and one guest.

The winners are retired Capt. Ray Stetzler of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; Helen Zell of Hurlburt Field, Fla.; retired Tech. Sgt. Wendell Corprew of Lackland AFB, Texas; and Tara Mesa of Beale AFB, Calif.

The winners and their guests will travel to Tampa Dec. 10 where each will be recognized at a welcome breakfast and later at a farewell dinner, said Fred McKenney, chief of the agency's food and beverage division. He said the winners and their guests return home Dec 15.

This is the second drawing of winners in the promotion. Four club members were selected in October and attended the NFL game between the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals Nov. 1 in Glendale, Ariz.

The drawing for the ultimate prize package takes place Jan. 6. Four club members will be selected to attend the Super Bowl in Miami Feb. 7. A final drawing will be held Feb. 19 to select 10 club members to receive a $500 gift card.

Sounds like some good fun and nice prizes, not to mention the recognition portion. One would have to wonder how much the game tickets were worth since the Bucs are 1-9 and if it goes anything like yesterday's game with the Saints, enjoy the beatdown.
