Capt. Jason Powell, 435th Contingency Response Group operations officer, received a first-edition copy of "Into the Mouth of the Cat," when he was 13 years old. Guy Gruters, during a POW/MIA event held at Ramstein Air Base Sept. 21. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Tyrona Lawson)
