Airman's Roll Call highlights knowledge of benefits

  • Published Jan. 30, 2008
SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) --   This week's Airman's Roll Call focuses on empowering Airmen with information about their benefits.

Air Force supervisors are responsible for providing counseling and feedback to the Airmen they supervise. Part of this is ensuring Airmen are equipped with the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions in both their professional and personal lives.

One tool supervisors can use to educate the Airmen they supervise is the Air Force compensation fact sheet. The fact sheet provides information about pay, leave, educational benefits and more. The information can be used to help supervisors and Airmen make guided decisions about their future.

Airman's Roll Call is designed for supervisors at all levels to help keep Airmen informed on current issues, clear up confusion, dispel rumors and provide additional face-to-face communication.
