'Today's Air Force' focuses on recapitalization
And see more than 22,000 Airmen, Sailors, Marines and Coastguardsmen participate in Exercise Valiant Shield. The exercise showcases aircraft abilities in the sky over Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
Also featured is the first Senior Enlisted Leadership Summit, where more than 350 chief master sergeants met at Maxwell AFB, Ala., to discuss challenges facing today's enlisted force.
The long-format, weekly news show tells Air Force stories in more depth. The program is made up of three segments and each runs approximately eight minutes. Although each can stand alone, they are related to form a seamless program.
"Today's Air Force" can be seen every day on The Pentagon Channel and via American Forces Radio and Television Service stations all around the world or subscribe to receive the Air Force feed via podcast at: http://www.af.mil/library/podcast.asp.
