Yesterday’s Air Force: Operation Tomodachi
FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (AFNS) -- Operation Tomodachi was the U.S. and Japanese response to the devastation brought by a 9.0-magnitude earthquake, and tsunami, that struck off the coast of Japan. Airmen from all over the Pacific helped in the recovery efforts.
