Maintenance members assigned to the 157th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron perform an afterburner run on an F-16 Fighting Falcon at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Sept. 18, 2018. The F-16 is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable, has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack and can locate targets in all weather conditions and detect low flying aircraft in radar ground clutter.
