Senior Airman Mark Victor prepares an HC-130P for take off March 28 at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Africa, during a recent mission. Since May of 2003, Camp Lemonier has been the staging area for the combined joint task force that has built numerous schools, clinics and hospitals. The task force has also accomplished dozens of medical and dental exercises and humanitarian assistance missions.
