Smithsonian puts UAVs on display
An RQ-3A Darkstar hangs in the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum in a new exhibit of military unmanned aerial vehicles. The exhibit, which opened to the public April 24, includes six UAVs from all four services and will be on display for the next 10 years. The Darkstar integrated stealth technology into a UAV, but the project was soon abandoned. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. J.G. Buzanowski)
