    The Air Force is interested in this research area because it needs its autonomous systems to be able to execute high-level mission plans with verifiable assurances despite uncertain adversarial environments. In these contested environments, the integrity and availability of sensor information and communications are challenged, and key innovations are still needed to make tools that can operate with limited resources and also account for uncertainty and cyber security.

    The joint memorandum directs each service assistant secretary for manpower and reserve affairs to support a tri-service team that seeks to understand the barriers to military spouse employment overseas. The team is expected to make recommendations to policies, programs and laws that would make employment for spouses overseas easier.
  • Air Force’s top recruiter climbs even higher

    Master Sgt. Gervacio Maldonado, a former Health Professions recruiter and now flight chief with the 318th Recruiting Squadron, was surprised and ecstatic when he learned winning the 2018 Maj. Gen. A.J. Stewart Top AFRS Recruiter award would take him even higher.
