Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz provides his opening statement to the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense March 10, 2010, at the U.S. Capitol, with Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley. The hearing allowed Secretary Donley and General Schwartz the opportunity to outline the Air Force's FY2011 budget request and to address questions raised by committee members.
