1,467 selected for promotion to senior master sergeant

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas (AFNS) -- The Air Force has selected 1,467 master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant.

To access test and board scores, go to the Virtual Military Personnel Flight via the secure applications page.

The selection rate was 12.32 percent, with an average selectee overall score of 533.18. Selectees' average time-in-grade was 4.30 years, time-in-service was 18.46 years and the average decorations score was 20.48. Additionally, the U.S. Air Force Supervisory Examination average score was 78.42 and the average board score was 400.23.

To see the list, go to the Air Force Portal and select view list, or go to myPers, select "Active Duty AF Enlisted" from the drop down menu, select the "Promotion" link under "Learn More About," and scroll down to the promotion section.

Selectees will be promoted in order of promotion sequence number beginning April 1.

Selections are tentative until the data verification process is complete, which is normally within 10 days of the promotion release date. Personnel officials will notify Airmen, via military personnel sections, if their selection is in question.
