Mentorship program refines medical techniques, fosters Misawa community relationships
The Indo-Asia-Pacific region is infamous for earthquakes, typhoons and tsunamis; military medical facilities and personnel must stay ready for anything.
To guarantee medical personnel are prepared, senior leaders from around the Air Force were sponsored by the Air Force Medical Operations Agency, Air Force Surgeon General, to initiate the Small Hospital Clinic Skills Enhancement program at bases with constantly rotating personnel.

AF helps Airmen obtain CDL
The Air Force is taking steps to turn government vehicle operator certifications into commercial driver’s licenses.
By creating a course to mirror the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators Commercial Driver’s License Test System model, the Air Force will enable examiners to certify government motor vehicle operators on commercial vehicle equivalents in accordance with federal motor vehicle safety regulations.

Operation Pacific Angel 16-3 had two health services operation sites in Sri Lanka to better enable local nationals in remote areas the opportunity to receive medical care.
