BETSY STONE WITT

Ms. Betsy Stone Witt, a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, is Senior Intelligence Engineer, Space and Missiles Analysis Group, National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. NASIC is the Air Force and Department of Defense Center of Excellence for all-source air and space intelligence. It supports Air Force and joint operational, acquisition and policymaking customers at the national intelligence community level. The Space and Missiles Analysis Group is the intelligence community focal point for the analysis of foreign space, counterspace and ballistic missile systems. In her technical director capacity she provides technical oversight of analysis and production on foreign spacecraft; space launch vehicles; space object surveillance and identification; space order of battle; counter-space systems and kill chains; and medium, intermediate and intercontinental range ballistic missiles.

Ms. Witt has served in a variety of assignments within the intelligence community during her Air Force career and is currently serving as the chair of the national Defense Intelligence Space Threat Operations Committee, overseeing intelligence community analysis and production.
