JACQUELINE R. BENNINGFIELD

Jacqueline R. Benningfield, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director of Program Analysis and Financial Management, United States Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. She is responsible to program, develop and integrate the USTRANSCOM budget and manage resources for funding the global Defense Transportation System. She develops policy and executes the Air Force’s $8 billion Transportation Working Capital Fund. She also oversees Joint Component Command’s financing in responding to COCOM mobility requirements to meet critical joint war-fighting readiness and national security interests.

Ms. Benningfield began her federal career with the Defense Finance and Accounting Services in 2000. During her career, Ms. Benningfield served in a variety of accounting, auditing and Inspector General positions. Prior to her current position, she served as the Assistant Audit General of the Field Activities Directorate, where she was responsible for planning and executing policies and programs to deliver audit services at all operational major commands and their installations in the areas of logistics; financial; personnel; cybersecurity, mission support; operations; communications; and morale, recreation, and welfare. She was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2019.
