ALLISON DEVITO

Ms. Allison DeVito, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Force Management, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. She provides guidance and oversight in the formulation of strategic plans and policies for 700,000 Air Force and Space Force members and Department of the Air Force civilian personnel in the human resource arena, including: compensation and entitlements; education and training; total force personnel policy; civilian personnel policy; manpower and organization; and officer and enlisted accession programs. Ms. DeVito chairs the Air Force Human Resources Strategic Board and is the Manpower and Reserve Affairs representative to the Air Force Board.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. DeVito served as Deputy Director, Legislative Liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. In that role she was responsible for organizing, coordinating and resourcing the Legislative Liaison Directorate; developing and executing the Department of the Air Force legislative program, and ensuring the Department provided a consistent and cohesive message through congressional engagements, inquiries and correspondence.

Ms. DeVito previously served as Associate General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, nine years on active duty in the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps and is currently a member of the Air Force Reserve.
