Brig Gen. Mary-Kathryn Haddad is the Mobilization Assistant to the Director of Intelligence, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. In this position, she assists the Director of Intelligence, responsible to the Commander, ACC, for intelligence policy, weapons system requirements, and combat Air Force readiness. She guides intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance tactics, techniques, procedures, and training application to active and Reserve component ACC forces worldwide.
Brig Gen. Haddad entered the Air Force in 1996 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps as a Distinguished Graduate from the University of Virginia. While stationed in the National Capital Region, she attended Georgetown University and graduated with honors from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
As a career intelligence officer, Brig. Gen. Haddad has served in Combined, Joint, and Air Force command, staff, and operations positions, and served overseas in Germany, Italy, and Iraq. She served as the Commander, Geospatial and Signatures Intelligence Group, National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Prior to that, she served as the Chief of the Director’s Action Group for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance at Headquarters, United States Air Force. Before that, she served as the Division Chief for Current ISR Operations, ISR Operations Directorate, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence), where she concurrently served as the Vice Chair for NATO’s Joint ISR Project Group in Brussels, Belgium.
Prior to her current position, Brig. Gen. Haddad was the Mobilization Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Intelligence, Headquarters, United States Space Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Va.
