Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 (Reinforced) participates in airborne transport and maintenance operations during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 at U-Tapao Airfield, Rayong province, Kingdom of Thailand, March 3, 2020. VMM-265 is a reinforced squadron with approximately 600 Marines currently attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. Exercise Cobra Gold 20, in its 39th iteration, is designed to advance regional security and ensure effective responses to regional crises by bringing together multinational forces to address shared goals and security commitments in the Indo-Pacific region.
