The Army Combat Fitness Test - Maximum Deadlift

The three-repetition maximum deadlift is the first event of the Army Combat Fitness Test. It is a test of lower body muscular strength, coordination and balance. The Arkansas Army National Guard has made the preparations to ready every Soldier throughout the state to conduct the new physical fitness test.

There are many ways you can prepare for this event at home or work by doing variations of air squats or lunges.
