While at Fort Polk, Louisana, General Raymond Odierno, the Chief of Staff of the Army, stopped by the 147th Reconnaissance Wing Launch and Recovery Element. General Odierno was briefed by members of the Texas Air National Wing on the unit's MQ-1’s Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, or ISR, capabilities and how it is integrated into the joint training exercises held at Fort Polk.
