U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, conduct a Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise (CALFEX) on Fort Cavazos, Texas, Jan. 15, 2025. The main focus of this exercise is to practice multi-asset engagement, utilizing an M3A2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, an M58 Mine Clearing Line Charge (MICLIC) and a Boeing AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter, in preparation for the unit's rotation to the National Training Center (NTC) later this year.
