Airmen are key to cutting unnecessary bureaucracy, recognizing and understanding our competition, and thinking of creative ways we can reshape the design of our Air Force. The Air Force must accelerate, must change, and must prepare for the future!

This page is dedicated towards highlighting the accomplishments of our talented Airmen at all levels and to show the impact they can make when they are informed and empowered to problem solve and make smart recommendations and decisions.

Test Immersion Program Launches for 412th Test Wing Team Members
412th Test Wing
April 24, 2025 | 4:06
Whether active duty or Department of Defense civilian, every Airmen is essential to mission success. Joining the flight test mission at Edwards requires context and exposure that is unique to the installation. To help strengthen an individual's capabilities and knowledge within test, The 412th Test Wing Operations Group, in partnership with broader Wing leadership, worked to create a formal 412th Test Wing immersion program. This structured, multi-year engagement takes applications for internal team members based on scope of work and job performance. Individuals then dedicate specific hours each week to learning, executing, and experiencing key fundamentals of test operations to better enhance their understanding within day-to-day responsibilities. The new course was designed by modifying previously existing training requirements and other readily available resources to help organize the content in an efficient manner. Team members within the immersion program become closer to their peers while becoming more impactful for the warfighting mission test supports. (Air Force video by Christian Raterman)
