CAMP PRATT, Afghanistan (AFNS) -- A joke that's often heard in communications squadrons throughout the Air Force is, "You can talk about us, but you can't talk without us!" Although it's meant it jest, there is some truth to it.

Airmen in the Air Force's communications squadrons ensure we have the capability to communicate through various means and that the infrastructure is in place and maintained.
