Air Force announces aviation resource management awards

Air Force officials recently announced the winners of the 2004 Outstanding Air Force Aviation Resource Management of the Year Awards.

The 2004 winners are:

-- Airman of the Year: Airman 1st Class Dusty S. Stofan, 17th Special Operations Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan.

-- Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Roderick E. Fernandez, 317th Operations Support Squadron, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.

-- Senior NCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Philip M. Kreiser, 314th OSS, Little Rock AFB, Ark.

-- Civilian Supervisor of the Year: Dieter F. Sourisseaux, 86th OSS, Ramstein AB, Germany.

-- Civilian Journeyman/Technician of the Year: Patricia A. Buchanan, 2nd OSS, Barksdale AFB, La.

-- Headquarters Aviation Resource Management Staff of the Year: Master Sgt. Gregory J. Voss, Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Fla.

-- Aviation Resource Management Instructor of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Amee J. Modgling, 436th Training Squadron, Dyess.

-- Air Reserve Component, NCO of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Jessica J. Manfredi, 39th Rescue Squadron, Patrick AFB, Fla.

-- Air Reserve Component, Senior NCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Bradley F. Tipton, 711th SOS, Eglin AFB, Fla.

-- Air Reserve Component, Civilian Journeyman/Technician of the Year: Belia C. Jimenez, 315th OSS, Charleston AFB, S.C.
