3,198 LAF lieutenants selected for promotion Published Nov. 7, 2013 JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas (AFNS) -- Nearly 3,200 first lieutenants were selected for promotion to captain during the 2013C Line of the Air Force Quarterly Captain Selection Process.
