In his latest Roll Call, the Air Force’s senior enlisted Airman stresses the importance of all Airmen receiving, meaningful and purposeful feedback to reach their full potential.

Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James A. Cody, explains feedback comes in many forms, to include anything or anyone that tells us where we are, how we’re doing, where we need to go and how to get there.

“We must rely on feedback, grow from it and be confident it’s the pathway to winning the fight, strengthening the team and shaping the future,” Cody said.
