Maj. Michael Townsend brings water to an elementary school May 9, 2010, at Tan Thoi, Vietnam. A medical clinic will be established at the school by U.S. and Vietnamese military and non-governmental officials as part of Pacific Angel 10-2. The clinic will provide free services in family practice, dental, optometry, pediatrics and women's health to Can Tho area residents.
