AMC provides airlift for Americans in Haiti
U.S. citizens, mostly women, children and elderly, are evacuated aboard a C-17 Globemaster III bound for Orlando, Fla., Jan. 19, 2010. Nearly 100 citizens were transported to Orlando International Airport where they were met by members of the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection who provided them with blankets for the cooler night in Orlando.
