Roco Rescue Training

Fire Department?s four story training tower to transfer Senior Master Sgt. David Armstrong, 304th pararescueman to his rope system using a four to one mechanical advantage during a rope rescue exercise during the Roco Rescue Tactical Confined Space and Collapsed Structure Technician certification course.
