Thunderous combat
EIELSON AIR BASE, Alaska -- Senior Airman Lulimana Meals and Airman 1st Class Ryan Blackburn plot a mission Oct. 7 for the first tactical mission of Cope Thunder 06-01. The two-week Alaskan exercise is the largest air combat training exercise, involving more than 1,000 active-duty and Air National Guard Airmen and 87 aircraft.
