The flying machine
DAYTON, Ohio (AFPN) -- Gen. John P. Jumper, Air Force chief of staff, and pilot John Warlick fly the Wright B Flyer at Dayton Wright Brothers Airport, Ohio, on June 21. Like the first flight of the Wright brothers in 1903, Warlick and Jumper's air trip was less than one minute. Jumper was here to speak at the Order of the Daedalians national convention.
