RED HORSE team improves flightline operations

Senior Airman Steven Moss and Staff Sgt. Jorge Zequeira pump cement while working construction on a barrier arresting kit at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, Feb. 13. Once the BAK 12 is finished, it will be used to stop aircraft with tail hooks that have hydraulics or brake problems. Airman Moss is from 819th RED HORSE Squadron, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., and deployed to the 1st Expeditionary RED HORSE Group as a structural journeyman. Sergeant Zequeira's home unit is the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron at Bolling Air Force Base, D.C. and is deployed to 1st Expeditionary REDHORSE Group as a power production journeyman.
