Staff at San Antonio Community Hospital provided patriotic hats for Janelle Prokes as she was about to undergo a Caesarean section. Mrs. Prokes' husband, Airman 1st Class Roger Prokes, 95th Security Forces Squadron patrolman, is currently deployed in Iraq and was able to watch the entire procedure live from an operating room webcam.
