Desert Rescue XI
NAVAL AIR STATION FALLON, Nev. -- An HC 130 from the 71st Rescue Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., drops pararescuemen and equipment Aug. 11 during a joint-service combat search and rescue exercise here. Desert Rescue XI is a training exercise that simulates downed aircrew behind enemy lines and allows airmen to practice rescue-related missions.
