Keeping tabs on the airfield
Tech. Sgt. Antonio Cooper, deputy airfield manager assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron at an air base in Southwest Asia, observes a C-17 Globemaster III coming in for a landing Dec. 15. After the aircraft has landed, Sergeant Cooper inspects the runway for debris. The runway is checked at least once every two hours and more often when needed.
