Earth Day Jones Building Tour

(From left) Susan Bench-Snow, Secretary of the Air Force Administrative Assistant Facilities director, Erin Conaton, Under Secretary of the Air Force, and Col. Phillip Gibbons, Air Force District Washington vice commander, tour the green roof of the new William A. Jones III Building, following an Earth Day and Arbor Day tree planting ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md., April 20, 2011. The new Jones building is constructed of more than 20 percent recycled material and features storm water recycling systems and green roofing which will help make the infrastructure energy efficient. These features will save the Air Force 44.7 percent annually on energy costs compared to the offices the new building replaces. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Senior Airman Melissa V. Brownstein)
