Hickam C-17 drops a Navy boat over Pacific

The Navy Special Warfare Unit ONE Maritime Craft Aerial Delivery System deploys from the ramp of a C-17 Globemaster III during airdrop operations Jan. 13, 2011 over the Pacific Ocean near Guam. Nine Sailors jumped out of the back of a C-17 after the aerial drop. Airmen from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, worked with the Naval unit to deploy the boat off the coast of Guam while merging the capabilities of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy.
