Golden Bolt improves FOD awareness
The Golden Bolt awaits discovery on the flightline at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England. Senior aircraft maintainers place the bolt somewhere on the flightline once each month, and the finder wins prizes. The program helps improve awareness of foreign object and debris damage on the flightline.
