Launching surveillance
KIRKUK AIR BASE, Iraq -- Senior Airman Jonathan Hobbs pulls a Desert Hawk surveillance plane back in preparation to be launched with a bungee cord. The force protection airborne surveillance system flies missions recording still and video images for intelligence purposes.
