THORPE ABBOTTS, England -- In honor of the historic World War II bomb group, Maj. Anthony Gatlin leaves a Square D patch in a cache hidden here by Maj. Randall Ashmore. The patch was the World War II tail flash insignia used on nearby Royal Air Force Mildenhall's KC-135 Stratotankers. Major Gatlin is assigned to the 48th Medical Support Squadron, and Major Ashmore is the 100th Air Refueling Wing deputy director of staff. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Stacia Zachary)
